Your liver works tirelessly to detoxify your body from harmful toxins, but sometimes it needs a little extra love and care. Our Liver Detox Tea is specially formulated with a synergistic combination of herbs, botanicals, and antioxidants that work in harmony to cleanse and rejuvenate your liver.

Ingredients*:  Organic Burdock Root, Organic Dandelion Root, Organic Oregon Grape Root, Organic Fennel Seed, Organic Fenugreek Seed, Organic Nettle Leaf, Organic Peppermint Leaf

Directions:

  1. Simmer 1 part herbs in 6 parts water, covered, for 20 minutes
  2. Turn off heat, add Nettles and Mint, then let steep for an additional 10 minutes
  3. Strain herbs and refrigerate. I usually make enough for 2-3 days each batch
  4. Drink 3-6 cups, hot or cold, throughout the day
