Shipping Policy for Sage & Stone Apothecary

**Order Processing Time:**
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. You will be notified via email if there are any significant delays.

**Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:**
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:

- **Standard Shipping:** 5-7 business days
- **Expedited Shipping:** 2-3 business days
- **Overnight Shipping:** 1 business day (available for orders placed before 12 PM EST)

**International Shipping:**
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

**Shipping Confirmation:**
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

**Lost or Damaged Packages:**
Sage & Stone Apothecary is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
